It's the Heavenly Father Watching Over you. I had other experiences where my spirit was literally lifted out of my body while laying down by my arms one time, by my legs another night. All the way up to the ceiling, one time I was able to even put my hand through a door knob. A voice spoke to me and said Resist Temptation so you can come to Heaven.
